Who we are

Sore Tomorrow, Doornstraat 9, 3600 Genk, Belgium, VAT BE1022.981.497, is the controller of the personal data processed through www.soretomorrow.be. You can reach us via the contact form on our website or by post at the address above.

What data we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), the products you order and your order history.
  • Payment data: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact or withdrawal form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

  • To process and ship your order, handle returns and give customer service (performance of the contract).
  • To keep our accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
  • To send newsletters or show you ads, only if you gave permission (consent). You can withdraw that at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with parties we need to run the shop: Shopify (our web shop platform), payment providers, shipping carriers and, if you consented to marketing cookies, advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years because Belgian accounting law requires it. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Cookies

Necessary cookies make the shop work. Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Send your request via the contact form. We answer within one month.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
